I want to help you quiet your mind and find greater peace in your daily happenings. I want to help you cultivate that space by creating a greenhouse around you individually, or with you and your significant other, to facilitate strength and vibrant growth. We will use clinical skills in a personal way. Therapy, without feeling like therapy.

I help couples learn to create greater emotional closeness, build a stronger friendship, and enjoy intimacy. I help two people create that sense of “us” in their marriage. I help individuals process deep emotions, painful memories and quiet the self sabotage which helps alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depressive moods. In session, we can talk about the internal self talk that is keeping you locked in shame cycles. We can talk about the relationship concerns that seem so frustrating. I understand how important it is to have inner calm and to feel balanced. I truly want to help you find that space.
